In-ground soccer / football goal – senior, with net retaining ring

Senior 7.32 x 2.44 m · steel · set in concrete · with a hinged net retaining ring. Also available without the ring.

Specification (with the net retaining ring)

Features

• A net retaining ring on the ground holds the net’s foot all round: its sides hinge in brackets welded to the posts’ feet, its rear bar bolts to them, and two ground pegs go down through it
• The ring is hinged at the posts, so it lifts for grass cutting
• Set in the ground: each post goes 459 mm into a concrete footing on a base plate, so the goal stands rigid and cannot tip over
• Elbows laser-cut with tab and slot joints and welded to the post tops; the crossbar bolts to them on site
• The net hangs on aluminium rods through rings welded into the posts and the crossbar, the rings set into windows cut in the tube so the rods sit close to the frame; net ears at the top rear corners hold the net out
• Cup-square bolts and nyloc lock nuts throughout, the domes to the front
• Without the ring: nothing on the ground behind the goal, and the hinge brackets stay on the posts’ feet so the ring can be added later

• Two posts, each with its elbow welded on, the rings, the net ears’ stubs and the ring’s hinge bracket
• The crossbar and two net ears
• Net, aluminium net rods, ski rope, shackles and carabiner; every bolt, washer and nut
• With the ring: its two sides, the rear bar, two joints and two ground pegs

Junior and 7-a-side sizes, ground sockets so the goal lifts out, depth in the ground, any powder coat colour and your logo on the crossbar – designed in CAD and made in-house on our laser tube cutter and laser welder.
