The Collision King Ruck Warrior weighs 35kg and is made from high-density foam covered by durable PVC with specific grip straps that allow the coach to manipulate power and force being generated onto the oncoming player(s) using the training aid.

The Ruck Warrior head is removable so that the coach can work on single or double clearance work.

The Collision King Ruck Warrior is part of The Collision King Technical Training Range and can be used in isolation or as part of the full Collision King Range.

This piece of equipment has been specifically designed to isolate accurate body height and different clearance techniques relating to the breakdown area. The training aid will also bring about accurate body shape within the area of the breakdown and balance within the collision area.

Training with this piece of equipment helps with accurate clearance techniques, body height, strong arm work, reaction speed & balance.
