One of the most beautiful sports to watch but definitely one of the most difficult to perform. Gymnastics has several different Disciplines - Men's Artistic, Woman's Artistic, Tumbling & Trampoline, Rhythmic, Sports Acrobatics and Sports Aerobics.
Each of these disciplines requires its own separate list of equipment. Gimtrac is proud to Import and Manufacture all the necessary requirements.
The Federation of International Gymnastics (FIG) is the governing body that assures that all equipment manufactured is to a certain specification within the requirements of each discipline.
Gimtrac is the sole manufacturer of Artistic Equipment in South Africa. We are also very proud to be the Southern African agents for Gymnova, France. They are one of the Worlds best manufactures of Gymnastic Equipment and are certified by the FIG. All equipment at the World Championships 2009 was supplied by Gymnova.
Our Rhythmic Apparatus is imported from the very reputable company in Italy, Ditta Pastorelli. We have a wide range of multi coloured and glitter apparatus in stock. For the less adventurous gymnasts we also stock some local apparatus.
